Notes to the rental rates
Prices are per week and quoted in Euros and are inclusive of bed linen and towels. A deposit of 200 euros secures your booking. The balance of the rental is payable four weeks prior to the start of the let or the full amount if less than four weeks. Payment may be made by bank transfer in euros or via PAYPAL. Sender pays bank charges. The price and availability is as shown, this web site is 'live' and updates automatically. There is a final cleaning fee of 70 euros which is payable in cash on departure. Upon arrival, you will be met at the apartment and given two sets of keys and the security/key deposit of 500 euros in cash will be collected at this time, this is fully refundable on departure provided the apartment is left neat and tidy, nothing is damaged or broken upon inspection. Please note: This apartment is strictly NON smoking and NOT suitable for children.
